Consultants may submit their resumes for consideration to applications@cardsys.com .  The personal information about you, your education and experience in your resume are retained electronically on our corporate data files.  Access to these files is restricted to only the managing partners of Cardinal Systems Group Ltd.  This information is reviewed by the managing partners on a regular basis to assess your suitability to upcoming project opportunities.

The personal information contained in these files is never used for any other purpose other than described above.  Consultants will be contacted directly by phone or email to determine availablity for project opportunities and will be asked if they wish to participate in a proposal for a specific opportunity.  Consultants may request removal or update their resume at any time through applications@cardsys.com .

Cardinal will not disclose any information contained in the consultants resume unless specifically authorized to do so either verbally or in writing.
